[FedCom] Onslow County, NC P25 US Forestry or Wildlife Repeater

Hey Mac: Might have been tropo. I am over 200 miles
away from Huston and I can sometimes hear hams on 70
cm repeaters on my scanners. Especially after severe
weather.
 Because of Katrina we are already building 700mhz
systems, I have a BC-996T and it works great. If only
I had not misplaced the manual:-)
