[FedCom] Mass EMA 139.30 & 153.965

This morning the HQ for Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) did a station ID on 153.965 and on 139.30 at the same time. I believe that 139.30 is a repeater in the Boston area. IIRC 139.30R was used by the Mass Natl Guard at the Fourth of July ceremonies in Boston in 2003 or 2004.

153.965 is the new (? statewide ?) simplex freq used by MEMA for their administrative traffic. Previously 153.965 was a civil defense repeater in the Essex County MA area. MEMA is also heard on 45.32 and the Massachusetts State 800 Mhz TRS.
