[FedCom] Rallys outside the Federal Reserve[s]

FWIW, I think Memphis is on 406.6625/415.6625 also. When I was last  
there, I stayed at the Marriott downtown, which is literally next to  
the FRB there. I got a lot of activity on 415.6625, which should have  
been the input to the 406.6625 repeater, but at the time was not  
listening to 406.6625 so I can't confirm it.

Portland, OR was on a 413 MHz frequency (413.9250?) years ago, but  
about the time everyone started showing up on 406.6625, they seemed  
to have disappeared. No clue where they went yet...
