[FedCom] Re: Rallys outside the Federal Reserve[s]

Back in 5/07, I was able to confirm the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago 
using 414.725(127.3), which was repeating 419.700.  My notes indicate 
that the repeater was being used for both security and building 
operations.  I have not reconfirmed their use of this freq since 5/07.
