Hi Larry, thanks for clearing that question up for me here in Harrisburg. I
have heard the signals on 138.925 here for some time.
It's a data signal with a pulse every 2.5 seconds and a double pulse every
couple minutes or so. I live just across the local river from New
Cumberland Army Depot (ddre) so I figure this where the signal is coming
from. A couple years back I had a similar sounding signal right on
50.000mhz, a pulse every second and a double pulse every two minutes. This
signal disappeared about two and half years ago never to return, still
don't know what it was or where it was from. again thanks
