[FedCom] Florida CAP looking for ELTs

On 149.5375, Florida CAP  417 looking for two ELTs; one at Sebastian, one 
near Ft  Pierce.
   Says he is now located 9 miles south of Ft  Pierce.
   I am getting a great signal from  him.
   He is suggesting to Florida CAP 450 and  Florida CAP 404 that they 
dispatch two mobile units; one to Sebastian Airport  and one to the Ft Pierce area.
   From the comms I have been hearing for over a  half hour, this is 
definitely not an exercise; probably faulty ELT transmitters  tho.  Florida CAP 417 is 
noticing the variance in the signal strength as he  flies over the Ft Pierce 
Airport runways and thinks that the signal source is in  one of the hangars.
