[FedCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] CBP comms on 169.45 MHz

Last evening, heard Customs & Border Patrol  comms in the clear on 169.45 
MHz.
     "Mike 759" had comms with "Charley 100."
     "Omaha 85" (Piper PA-42 N9085U) had comms  with "Mike 759."  Said they 
were on Net 2 and were switching to Net 1.
