Wrong. Notice the F3E emissions masks in the spec sheet. I have used one
operating in both analog and digital.

The Motorola XTS4000 might do the trick if they don't want "ANY" Analog
capability. Those are P25/Astro Only. They're 6.7oz w/out Battery.
