[FedCom] 165.4625 Omaha

Heard some Omaha traffic (Customs Air) today on 165.4625 - Phila 
Omaha talking with THOR on and off for about an hour,
Finally stating he was coming in early to Andrews and needed
coordination for the early arrival.? Also picked up similar traffic
on 165.2375 [THOR]

Anyone with info on 170.6250, which was active as well, not 
sure of the user, mostly encrypted.
