Interesting catch, Greg.

It certainly would not be unheard of for a Customs air asset to be  
working with a DEA operation, but it is unusual. While the DEA has  
it's own "FLINT" air units, Customs has a bigger air force and may  
have been available for this operation.

I have heard a Customs aircraft doing a multi-agency surveillance  
operation. The airborne observer was transmitting the suspect vehicle  
information on 166.4625 MHz and 418.750 simultaneously over multiple  
days...
