Ty, Thanks for the information.  The frequency apparently is used by
both agencies. It as been ID'd as FBI in
Chicago,NYC,Pittsbugh,Minneapolis,Las Vegas, and Honolulu.  It has
been ID'd as CBP in Maine, San Francisco and now southern Arizona.
The frequency was also used at the Republican National Convention
(user unknown).
