I agree it needs some updating too!
I notice  the NASA Guide listed a different SystemID for the Edwards AFB 
400Mhz trunk system.
Since someone on the SOCAL MILCOM group posted a NAC of 070 the other month 
witch it would fit C007 SysID not 8D1B.
