[FedCom] NASA Frequency Guide

I appreciate any and all input to our FREE guide that I have been working on
for years. It is a labor of love (I get nothing in my paycheck for this
guide) and it is the only one of its kind. Just this month alone it has had
nearly 10,000 downloads and we have had well over 130,000 downloads in the
last year. For that reason we debated whether to let MT only subscribers
have access to it (an the airshow guide as well) or the whole community and
I decided given all the other crap on the net that all should have access.

Over 90% of the material presented is based on monitoring and given the
moving target I am working with is always a challenge to maintain. So we ask
those in the know to help us out. For the most part response has been good
and folks find it useful, a few would rather criticize and bitch, but I
generally ignore those voices.

So when we go through the next update - Tom, I will add 20390 (which has not
been reported since last sunspot maximum) in the SRB freq column (never has
been reported before. Will also do an Edwards update as well, thanks Brian.
In fact, thank you both for passing along positive feedback.

We always appreciate any assistance in keeping our references up to date and
useful to the monitoring community we serve.
