[FedCom] 173.5875 PL 136.5 - Boston area

20 May 2009 - Boston MA area - I was hearing VHF highband skip from Maine and Rhode Island. At 814AM on 173.5875 I heard someone say "Rescue 9". I sounded like a dispatcher answering Rescue 9 on a radio check. It also sounded like a repeater. PL was 136.5
