Peter I'm curious. Did you have to log in with user name and password to see this info? Or is this info posted on a website anyone can access?
If it is a public access website, it might be that the govt just posted "for official use only" as a disclaimer from misuse or criminal acts with the information.
have a document that I found on a federal website that says - 'For Official Use Only - contains info that is Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) - not releaseable under Freedom of Info Act'.

>A search at Wikipedia suggests that this type of classification is controversial. I am wondering if there any penalties if I put it on the Internet. It is a 2009 map with radio freqs. There are no telephone numbers or email addresses on the document - or anything else that looks problematic to my eye.

>I found a different document from Alaska this morning. It also has maps and radio freqs - but no SBU designation. This 2nd document does have telephone numbers and email addresses that 'I' would not want to put on the Net.
