[FedCom] Re - Penalties for release of SBU ???

1. I found the SBU item at a unprotected federal website - no password was required to access the document. The document is in a cluster of 4 radio freq documents - the 3 other links are dead.

2. I actually found another document today that includes a password to a protected federal frequency (ftp) website. (I would rather have the password to Fort Knox thank you :-)

3. I dont want to post the link to the SBU item - I dont think a Fed judge would look kindly on the "I just posted a link" excuse.
