Maintaining security is the responsibility of the person with the information. Even documents gathered via FOIA can be reprinted. I've had this discussion with a few journalists and that is how the law sees it. 

Taking this to the extreme, look at the Valerie Plame case. (Yes, she was covert.) The press could not be prosecuted for giving out her name, but only for obstructing justice regarding the revealing the source.

I agree. I will also add if the site is public in the first place, I do not see them prosecuting you for posting a link. You are over analyzing this....
