if he found this info on a website that ANYONE COULD access hows he thnk 
he`d be in any troiuble lookiing at it or tewlloig someone else about it?

They certainly didn`t put the info on a website and  be assured no one would 
go there and view it,or didn`t expect anyone to see it.
