[FedCom] Penalties for release of SBU ???

Try SBU, fire, phone number, -stony, -university. 

I am on my BB so I don't want to go farther than google. But one of citations mention "sensitive but public" and another mentioned phone subscribers in Iraq. Might be something to look into. I'm going to bed, I worked last night.
