[FedCom] Customs traffic in Florida

I don't know if this ever made it to the list, but Allan Stern has been trying to report the following:

 A couple of hours ago, there were clear voice comms from Customs & Border PAtrol (CBP) units on 164.775.
   "Mike 77" contacted "Charlie 100" and reported 10-7 at CG Station Canaveral. 

I think he originally tried to post this back in March or so.
