[FedCom] New USCG Operating Frequency in Savannah, GA

My understanding is that USCG as well as their Auxilary will be moving off 
all VHF Marine Channel frequencies to conduct "internal" operations.   Also 
it's likely that most USCG VHF frequencies will become encrypted rather than 
in the clear.    Of course if there's a need to communicate with civilians 
the typical VHF marine assignments will  be utilized.

Great work Mac, unknown frequencies CAN be found just by using the search 
button on the scanner!
