[FedCom] New USCG Operating Frequency in Savannah, GA

Bah!  I have the NIFOG printed out and in a notebook here in the shack.  I
didn't even think of looking in it!  Chris - you're right they're using the
LE ALPHA interop freq!

Lesson learned: next time pull down the book and use it to help search as
well.
