[FedCom] Time to declassify Federal frequency assignments?

Looks to me as though "Rick" or someone accidently downloaded a spam virus that sent the advertisement message to everyone in his address book.  Us included.
 
Apropro the original topic though, everyone on the list should go to the government site originally listed and cast a VOTE for this proposal.  If it only gets a few, it will be ignored.
