The USCG are assigned
Ch 21 157.0500
Ch.81 157.0750
Ch.82 157.1250
Ch.23 157.1500
Ch.83 157.1750
The Env Ops is a Secondary use, just like CG Aux is a Secondary use of Ch.83
Any frequency can be used for Training. Apparently [assumption] 83 might be
used in the DC Area for that.
Here in Boston, Various stations use alternate VHF Marine channels for
training, so as to not tie-up the primary
operational channels.
>From time-to-time folks forget the "This is a Drill" statement. Pt.
Allerton would do that quite frequently until recent months.
IMHO there are too any Criticisms coming from the White House before
engaging the Thought Process first.
