They all used to be in the 138 to 144 MHz. range. I think that they, USAF OSI AND Army CID have some assignments in the new 12.5 KHz. spaced channels in that range. And of course all this stuff is going trunked rapidly.

Ft. Leavenworth and Ft. Riley, KS used to use 412.900, "Charlie Base". Not anymore. I assume they're on the u.h.f. trunks now.
