[FedCom] [MilRadioComms] Florida Civil Air Patrol up

They overflew River Ranch and the signal strength kept  increasing.
   They believe the signal is emanating from the ground at the  airfield in 
Sebring FL.
   FL CAP 822 is orbiting as mobile unit FL CAP 404 is  approaching the 
area.
   They pass the coordinates:  27-3x.xx  North, 81-20.896 West.

Florida CAP 822 was just handed off by Orlando Departure's  132.65 after  
informing that they were tracking an audio signal.
