148.1250 R / 143.5500 input
148.1500 R / 143.7000 input

Word has it that as Rptrs near the Canadian and/or Mexican Border that the
input [ONLY] may change.

CAP Also has
a.) Portable Rptrs [they might Re-Use the old 203.5 Hz Tactical Tone]
b.) Aero Rptr [on new Pairs]

As Brian said, Reports from NET nights is helpfull as we build a new DB of
the CAP Channels.

Also many Wings were allocated NEW Sites [additional]. Look for CTCSS to
still be the primary, but with P25 from time-time.

The CTCSS to P25 is [use a calculator]

156.7 Hz would become 1567 in your Calculator as Decimal
Change the Calculator from Decimal to HEX and this will show as 61F

NAC tones in various lists are shown as 61F, N61F, Nac 61F or many Federal
Agencies use a $ before the Code ie: $61F
