[FedCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] CBP pursuit, intercept, boarding comms.

Sat, 3 Apr 2010 (Intentionally delayed posting):
 
1205pm EDT:
   "Mike 791," a CBP boat chasing a TOI vessel is getting ready  to fire 
warning shots.  Has comms with "Omaha 1MR" on 164.775 MHz.
 
   Earlier Omaha 1MR (DHC-8, reg N801MR) was in comms with  CBP Vessels 
"Mike 791" and "Mike 781," furnishing them with the coordinates of  the vessel 
they were pursuing:
         First: 26-46 North, 79-43  West.
         Then:  26-50 North,  79-39 West,
         Then:  26-46 North,  79-41 West.
   "His heading is 20 degrees to the right of you."
   "Make a right turn 30 degrees to intercept him."
   The vessel refuses to stop and is making a run for it.
   Mike 781 then informed that they were about to  fire a warning shot at 
the vessel, which will not stop.
   Mike 781 manages to intercept the vessel.
   Mike 781 informs that they are boarding it. 
   Mike 781 ends up escorting the vessel and its black male  operator to 
West Palm Beach.
   Omaha IMR returns to patrol.
