[FedCom] Nevada federal trunk systems

This is data I got from a recent trip to central Nevada. The Groom Lake 
(or NTTR if you want) data was harvested by monitoring the control 
channel and then noting the LCN from the unitrunker. The Groom system 
rotates the control channel through the entire system, so eventually you 
get them all.

The NTS (or NNSA if you prefer) data comes from the unitrunker detected 
hex codes (ok, the unitrunker doesn't put out hex but you know what I 
mean) for each system.

Both of these are far different from radioreference. Rather than wait 
for RR to settle on the data, I figured I'd provide the raw data.
