[FedCom] Troops Deploy to Border Areas

[Duane Donovan]

BP uses those P25 radios with full encryption. Back in 2003 and 2006 I went to South Texas and visited my sister's family. It was all in the clear. These days they are all encrypted. Now My sister lives in New York. When I go up there I will take my BC996T and see what I can find.
