162.0125-166.4875 MHz - repeater inputs  -7.5 MHz
166.5000-169.5000 MHz - simplex
169.5125-173.9875 MHz - repeater outputs


The Federal UHF Narrowband Bandplan should be migrating to:

406.1125-410.9875 MHz - repeater outputs
411.0000-415.1000 MHz - simplex
415.1125-419.9875 MHz - repeater inputs  +9 MHz
