Most publications get that way, especially stuff from Grove. They like  
"big" "huge" "gigantic" listings, so they are reluctant to delete obsolete  
references.  It is true that some old freqs reappear and are worth  
referencing, but not to the extent that Grove does.
 
For currency, you cannot beat postings from accurate scannists/monitors on  
the various Email groups, including mine.

they duplicated it and threw in some federal frequencies. The cd  is copy
righted 2005. They don't tell you this in the ad on their web  site.
