[FedCom] New Southern Arizona CBP Border Patrol

Since this past spring, there have been a number of new VHF P-25
repeaters popping up that appear to be a new CBP Border Patrol
network. On my previous visit several months ago, I caught 6 or so new
frequencies but not much activity on them. But currently there appear
to be many new frequencies and much more activity.

These new frequencies now appear to carry the bulk of the Border
Patrol traffic in the Southeastern Arizona area. The original 163 &
168 MHz repeaters are still active but fairly quiet now. The 171.3250,
173.1875 and 173.500 frequencies are almost constantly busy. Here is
what is hopping currently,

There may be more out there, so folks in Southern Arizona should start
using the SEARCH function and see.
