Just a quick note that I was in NYC area yesterday, picked up 167.7875 and also 409.625 doing UN visit related activity, i.e., advance information, arrival, departure, etc. Interestingly, there were a few times when State Dept would announce an arrival maybe 10 seconds prior to 167.7875. Unrelated activity on 172.475 Surveillance taking place.
