Most of the old INS channels are now used by ICE.
Most of the Agencies [based on my New England monitoring] kept their old
channels and operations.
Altho "SECTOR" in Orlando does have access and can be heard from time-time
on them [after extensive calling]
Sector does maintain more monitoring on the old Customs channels
The old BP still uses their old channels, as well as adding many new ones
along the Canadian Crossings.
Many of us still refer to the old ID's as that still identifies the current
players.
CBP has added other entities who use their Dispatch/Monitoring services in
various regions and you will find them
calling into Sector from time-time. When in Chicago, I heard plenty of
IL-DOT call signs. Here in Boston we have had DoD users
and in Maine and New Hampshire we have heard NMF [National Marine Fisheries]

To be more complete:
Most of its functions were transferred from the Department of Justice to
three new components within the newly created _Department of Homeland
Security_
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Department_of_Homeland_Security)
, as part of a major government reorganization following the _September 11
attacks_ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks) of 2001.
These three components include _U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services_
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Citizenship_and_Immigration_Services)
(USCIS), _U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement_
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Immigration_and_Customs_Enforcement)
(ICE), and _U.S. Customs and Border Protection_
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Cust
oms_and_Border_Protection) (CBP).
