This is the data in the Creech P-25 work order that mentions the Nevada
Test Site pager as an aside. Since the pager is not Creech's problem,
there is no assurance the data is correct. In fact, I suspect much of it
isn't right. At times they say the pager has one antenna, then elsewhere
two antennas. The PTX-150 pager is VHF, but they claim the pager antenna
is 900MHz. The PTX-150 is sometimes called the GTX-150.

The antenna is for 900MHz. Supposedly the pager is already operational,
but will be moved to the Creech tower.
FCC search turned up nothing on the site for VHF or 900MHz paging.
Bottom line? Well if you are in Vegas, drive up the one of the hills
west of the NTS and see if you can find a paging system. It may not be
very busy. In fact, I'm dubious who the pager is for since the NTS has a
sexy P-16 system and is working on a P-25 system. I suppose not everyone
on the range can have a radio, but they also have Verizon cellular on
the NTS.
There is the possibility the pager is use in some telem capacity.
