Have you run Trunker on them?
Each would have it's own SysID and if same SysID a different Zone, which
should make it easier to define the Frequencies.
Then it's just a matter of addition/subtraction as each Cutter leaves port
or returns to port.

When I get it all I'll post it. I've got too many holes & with 3 ships in
port it's very difficult to which ship is on what freq as I think each ship
has at least 4 freqs & they are not using the 10 MHz split for T & R. All
good things take time & I'm only about 2 weeks into trying to figuring it
out. They also speak very fast so no long transmissions & very short range
since the antenna systems are leaky coax.
