On 12/11, aircraft 09F was hitting CBP Net 1 in Houston advising Charlie-100 that he is RTB to X-ray 8300 and requesting notification be made to X-ray 8300 and AMOC (Air and Marine Operations Center). I don't see a registration matching 09F for CBP. -Eric
