[FedCom] VHFFActivity in D.C

Greetings folks, last Tuesday I made a stop through Reagan international Airport in Washington DC. I have some time, and just search the VHF band from 160 to 174. I noticed that there was a lot of talk about court transport. I just was curious but what law-enforcement agencies are on the VHF band and Washington DC. Everything that I heard on there was analog and of course there was encrypted stuff and UHF and Washington DC trunking system as well.
