[FedCom] Romney campaign staff radios

Since the campaigns are all over the country, wouldn't the radios be rentals?

Yes, it does look like a Hytera PD-702.  So the Romney campaign 
appears to be using (relatively) secure radios.  I wonder what each 
campaign's 'opposition research' department does, SIGINT-wise.
