[FedCom] Romney campaign staff radios

We are a Hytera Dealer, DMR system owner and user. 

The DMR radios have the following options and are standard:

On analog you can do speech inversion {no choice of key}
On DMR digital you have a choice of Hytera's encryption version which I believe is 40 or 64 bit {Not sure}, or AES-128 or AES-256. Up to 30 Keys mix and match.

According to Hytera's website, this radio offers "Secure Communication":

"Communication on analog channels is eavesdropped on easily. But now
your communication can be secured by either signaling or ID (up to 16776415
what's more, our DMR products are equipped with a multi-level privacy
comprising analog scrambler*1, digital software and hardware encryption
algorithm), offering enhanced protection for your communication."
