[FedCom] Plenty of CBP comms in Florida today.

Some comms from Omaha 06D with Jackpot and with X-950 on  165.2375. Some 
comms from units on 165.85 too.  Mostly the comms were  in the clear, as 
usual, but also had some encrypted comms.
