[FedCom] News: RadioReference receives a Cease and Desist Demand from the Civil Air Patrol

Apparently CAP has never heard of the Streisand Effect.  Now that 
their Cease and Desist Letter--and the info it tried to censor--has 
caused it to be permanently published on Cryptome.org, it will get 
far more publicity and public circulation than CAP ever 
imagined.  CAP is trying to close the barn door long after the horses fled.
