You read my mind. The same thing happened with that "Technical Order" that had details on "Air Force One" and other military planes for use by the crash team.

is a document about how easy P25 is to jam. When you jam NFM, you need to continuously transmit RF. That makes the jammer a target. With P25, you can hit it with a short burst of RF and it kill the whole packet.
This whole narrowbanding is just nuts. Refarm the TV broadcast band. There is plenty of BW out there.

Apparently CAP has never heard of the Streisand Effect. Now that
their Cease and Desist Letter--and the info it tried to censor--has
caused it to be permanently published on Cryptome.org, it will get
far more publicity and public circulation than CAP ever
imagined. CAP is trying to close the barn door long after the horses fled.
