The Veterans Affairs Medical Center was testing several days this week
on their talkgroup 15 which they called "patch channel."  They
referred to testing on "the new conventional channel" which I'm
assuming was patched to talkgroup 15.  They referenced "Charlie
Wilson" and "outpatient clinic" which I'm assuming is referring to the
clinic in Lufkin (Charles Wilson VA Outpatient Clinic).
