[FedCom] Garage door opener jamming in Texas now blamed on the NSA?

This story pops up every year.  The only difference is the city and date.
Before the internet, I read about it on the BBSs.  Before that,
word-of-mouth back to the mid-70's.  Before that, stories from family
members going back to the 1960's.

Always the Military, always messing with garage door openers...  One year it
was key fobs for cars, AND garage doors...  Another year infrared remotes 
were tossed in, mid-day!  Never mind that the frequencies have changed from 
HF up through bluetooth...
