[FedCom] Garage door opener jamming in Texas now blamed on the NSA?

I disagree. The 380-400MHz trunk systems are a real problem. This has
been documented.

What we don't know is if the NSA was the problem at Lackland or if it
is just another 380-400MHz trunk system. The NSA gets blamed for
everything these days. 

The Nellis range added several trunk systems in this band and the same
problem existed in Vegas/Henderson. I'm not sure how they fix this.
Fallon has a similar system.
