[FedCom] Garage door opener jamming in Texas now blamed on theNSA?

I have been tracking this effect since we got the first report way back when
Eglin put the first 380-400 MHz TRS system up. That is how I discovered that
they were deploying a new TRS in a new freq range and reported it my old MT
Milcom column. It is pretty much been a common occurrence every time one of
these new P25 380-400 MHz systems is deployed. It looks like they usually
shift the control channel around and the problem goes away.

Does anyone know if this is happening anywhere else in the country?
