[FedCom] 150.7375 Philadelphia

AF ANG has some short notice deployable tactical repeaters that use 150.7375 
as an output and a 149.2000 MHz input. These are suppose to be used for 
state emergencies.
I don't see anything in my notes specific to Philly or the area.
