171.4375 [n 653] tonight this appears to be linked to 170.9375,
171.6125, 171.6875, 172.2125 and 172.2875 (all NAC 167 when monitored
in the past, 170.9375 is too weak to decode downtown), bomb techs/dogs
at Toyota Center
